Yes, indeed. If we care about our lives, we learn to manage our anger. Otherwise, we feel out of control. Control is a huge issue for those with anger. Wanting control they exert their anger as a method of getting it. It’s a vicious circle!

      Hi, Kylie,

Anger management therapy or classes are a gift to you give yourself and to every relationship–family, home, love, work, community–in your life. Good for your brother for caring enough to do the work!

Where I first learned the importance of sowing peace…

As a Girl Guide in Canada, our troupe would visit the Peace Arch at the 49th parallet between Canada and the US near Blaine, WA & White Rock, BC. They impressed upon us the need for co-operation and collaboration at the Hands Across the Border gathering each year. It is still a major event. My daughter remembers going there with her Girl Guides as well. It started early!
